A small truck
with big taste.
Family-run, Fox Valley–fed, built on one belief: the potato deserves better.
How it started
The potato is not a side dish
Busted Spud was born from a simple, powerful idea: the humble potato isn’t something you serve next to the meal — it is the meal. Split a jumbo spud wide open, lay down garlic butter, salt & pepper, and pile it high with slow-cooked meats, real cheese, and sauces made to be dragged through.
We’re a family-run truck, and every recipe on the board started in a family kitchen. We come from the same family as Area 509 and the Caribbean Taste food truck — no shortcuts, no sad toppings, just comfort food that’s never boring.
Where we roll
Made in the Fox Valley
You’ll find us parked around Appleton and the Fox Valley — at breweries, markets, business lunches, and community events. Our home base is on N Badger Avenue in Appleton, but the truck moves, and every stop gets posted on Facebook.
Bringing bold new creations to the community, one busted spud at a time — that’s the whole plan.
