Effective June 2026. This site is a simple, static website for the Busted Spud food truck. Here is everything it does — and doesn’t do — with your information.
What we collect
Nothing, actively. This site has no contact forms, no accounts, no comment sections, and no newsletter signups. If you email us at Bustedspudloadedpotatoes@gmail.com, we receive what you send and use it only to reply to you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or social media scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which may process basic technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse, per Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We don’t see or store this data ourselves.

Links to our Facebook page or other external sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies once you leave ours.
